The biennal session is held in Paris on even years during one week at the end of August. All registered delegates can attend and participate to the discussion on the proposed preferential subjects by the mean of prepared or spontaneous contributions.

Cigre through its Study Committees organize Colloquia, Symposia,Tutorials.
The last SC B3 colloquium and Tutorial held in Berlin, September 11th-14th 2007. The next event will propose a common colloquium of SC A2, A3 and B3 in August 2009 in South Africa Cigre participates in events organized by other associations with which Cigre is in relation. Such events that are closely related to SC B3 activities are announced in this page.
